Refund policy

Exchanges:

You can exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it. It must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To start an exchange, contact us first on WhatsApp at +961 81 909 836 or at buyipack@outlook.com.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted on delivery: check the item, and if you don't like it, simply hand it back to the driver in its original packaging while they're still waiting. You only pay the $4 delivery charge.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp (+961 81909836) and we'll replace it.
