Many of our bags are made from water-resistant materials that protect your belongings from rain and accidental spills. You’ll find the material details for each bag in its product description.

Wipe it gently with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing to keep the fabric looking new.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery is $4 anywhere in Lebanon, and free on orders over $60.

You can exchange an item within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Returns can only be made on delivery, while the driver is still waiting. You only pay the $4 delivery charge.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away on WhatsApp or email with a quick photo and we’ll send you a replacement.
